扒塔是一項(xiàng)很繁重的工作，不僅勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大，而且脫硫液對(duì)皮膚尤其是眼睛刺激性很大，扒一次填料，施工作業(yè)人員的眼睛得紅腫疼痛兩叁天。所以塔能不扒盡可能地不扒，能少扒一次少扒一次。另外就是扒填料之前要做好準(zhǔn)備工作，要有詳細(xì)的施工方案和安全防護(hù)、勞動(dòng)保護(hù)措施。

對(duì)于規(guī)整填料，可能現(xiàn)在用的很少了，首先明確一點(diǎn)就是不要按廠家要求的那樣新填料裝好后把打包帶剪斷，那樣的話扒塔的工作量就大了。在打包帶完好的情況下，塔內(nèi)用脫硫液邊沖邊扒，塔里的填料可以整塊地從人孔運(yùn)出來，少量散的也能分層規(guī)置規(guī)置單獨(dú)存放。扒出的填料不用水沖，直接放到一片干凈的場地晾干，摔打一下就行。用手提起來一塊感覺很輕，說明硫沫基本掉干凈了。散了的重新組成塊用打包帶打包。后將填料重新組圓，就可以往塔里裝了。

扒出來的填料重新裝了以后，從開車到系統(tǒng)加負(fù)荷這段時(shí)間可以大液量操作。此時(shí)氣量小，正適合大液量通過。通過大液量操作，可以使填料得到進(jìn)一步地清洗，這時(shí)候雖然氣量不大但再生槽硫泡沫很多。系統(tǒng)逐步加滿負(fù)荷后，對(duì)脫硫塔的阻力進(jìn)行認(rèn)真的測量，即驗(yàn)證了扒裝的效果，也為塔阻力的變化監(jiān)測留下了原始數(shù)據(jù)。
