一、脫硫塔
1、 Desulfurization tower
脫硫塔結(jié)構(gòu)型式較多，現(xiàn)在大多廠家以填料塔主，填料塔以散裝填料為多。散裝填料塔以結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)略、氣液流轉(zhuǎn)面積大、阻力小、操作彈性大和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)安穩(wěn)等特色優(yōu)于其他板式塔。近年來開發(fā)了不少比外表積大、空隙率高、價(jià)廉物優(yōu)的填料，使填料塔發(fā)揮出更大優(yōu)勢(shì)。

The bulk packed column is superior to other plate columns for its simple structure, large gas-liquid flow area, small resistance, large operation flexibility and stable operation. 進(jìn)步填料塔吸收功率，關(guān)鍵是要求氣液散布均勻，充沛觸摸。入塔氣、脫硫液的散布、段間氣液再分配設(shè)備、除沫器和防渦板等部件規(guī)劃合理。

脫硫塔的噴淋密度大于35 m3/(m2·h)，液氣比大于15L/M3。噴淋密度過小，脫硫塔內(nèi)簡(jiǎn)單構(gòu)成干區(qū)，形成脫硫功率低，直接危害是脫硫塔硫堵，實(shí)踐出產(chǎn)中禁止脫硫循環(huán)液隨體系負(fù)荷的改動(dòng)而調(diào)理，一般應(yīng)控制在很多。另一方面，脫硫塔填料底部現(xiàn)在許多企業(yè)選用駝峰支撐板，其通孔率雖大于100%，但由于在谷底部分不開孔，簡(jiǎn)單形成硫堆積，特別是在運(yùn)用高硫煤時(shí)，煤氣入塔進(jìn)口上方一米處，易形成硫堵。為了削減脫硫塔發(fā)生硫堵或鹽堵，散裝填料底部支撐規(guī)劃時(shí)根本都不選用駝峰支撐板，改用一般格柵板，這一點(diǎn)在許多工廠的出產(chǎn)中都得到了印證。

二、再生槽
2、 Regeneration tank
為了更有利于硫泡沫的浮選，再生槽一般設(shè)置有2塊散布板，散布板的作用是將脫硫液中氣泡進(jìn)行從頭散布，使之彌散成很多的小氣泡在上升過程中散布均勻而且能使欲浮選的硫顆粒附著在氣泡外表，一方面加大氣液觸摸面積，另一方面安穩(wěn)再生槽脫硫液液面，以利硫泡沫的有用浮選?；鶎由⒉及逡话憔嗖鄣?米，上層散布板距脫硫液面1～1.5米，散布板上孔徑一般設(shè)置為φ15～20mm，孔間隔為20mm左右，且多以三角形擺放規(guī)劃。為了削減硫泡沫的堆積，削減單質(zhì)硫?qū)υ偕郾倔w的腐蝕，噴發(fā)器尾管距再生槽底部的間隔為600～800mm。

溶液在再生槽中逗留的時(shí)刻，環(huán)保即再生槽有用容積是一項(xiàng)重要規(guī)劃參數(shù)。一般在再生槽中溶液逗留時(shí)刻按～15min為宜。

三、富液槽
3、 Rich liquid tank
富液槽的另一個(gè)規(guī)劃要點(diǎn)為脫硫液在富液槽內(nèi)不能構(gòu)成短路，即下進(jìn)下出，應(yīng)確保脫硫液真 正在富液槽內(nèi)逗留，不然富液槽形同虛設(shè)。
Another key point in the planning of rich liquid tank is that the desulfurization liquid can not form a short circuit in the rich liquid tank, that is to say, it should be ensured that the desulfurization liquid really stays in the rich liquid tank, otherwise the rich liquid tank is in vain.
對(duì)濕法脫硫體系的設(shè)備，為削減脫硫液對(duì)設(shè)備的腐蝕，規(guī)劃中應(yīng)考慮選用20#鋼，盡可能不必Q235一般碳鋼。
For the equipment of wet desulfurization system, in order to reduce the corrosion of desulfurization liquid to the equipment, 20 × steel should be selected in the planning, and Q235 general carbon steel should not be used as much as possible.
