原理：酸式生物脫硫工藝為生物滴濾池工藝。沼氣進(jìn)入脫硫塔后， 在塔內(nèi)微生物、氧氣和循環(huán)水的作用下完成H2S的吸收和降 解，凈化后的氣體從塔頂排出。微生物塔內(nèi)附著生長，非游 離態(tài)。

一、適用范圍：
1、 Applicable scope:
①沼氣中H2S含量為500ppm-6000ppm，若H2S含量為500ppm-3000ppm效果更 佳；H2S含量為3500ppm-6000ppm堿式的成本更低；②產(chǎn)氣原料為油性或者非油性均可；③用途為集中供氣和普通用氣；

二、生物脫硫系統(tǒng)能夠確保脫硫后的沼氣中硫化氫含量≤ 20ppm，去除率達(dá)到 99%以上，很少有單質(zhì)S產(chǎn)生；塔內(nèi)惰性填料孔隙率高、阻力小，當(dāng)進(jìn)氣H2S含量＜4000ppm，1-2年需要清 洗填料；進(jìn)氣H2S含量＞4000ppm，則半年清洗填料；三、營養(yǎng)液的pH值維持在1.5左右，通過控制溶解氧（DO）即可維持。運(yùn)行溫 度為30℃
